  • 1-ON-1 PERSONAL TRAINING

    To get the absolute most out of your health and wellness, 1-on-1 training is your answer. You’ll gain confidence and a better understanding on how to effectively move and challenge your body. We will curate a personalized program to ensure you get the most out of your workouts, in and outside of the gym. We will help you sort through the over-abundance of nutrition-related noise, and find a sustainable approach to eating.

Experience a complimentary 60 minute introduction session to help you decide if Train At The Space is right for you. This session includes a full exercise screening, health history and personal goal setting. From this information, we will design a program to help you reach your specific goals. We will be there for you every step of the way to not only track your progress but to motivate you along the way.
