CONNOR PEACOCK

Fitness and wellness have been a part of my life from day one. I remember spending countless hours at Central Park Athletic Club while my mom worked there—playing in the kids' fitness center, shooting baskets, and watching her train clients. At 16, I landed my first job at a local health club in Daytona Beach, FL, and I’ve been hooked ever since.

I earned my bachelor's degree in Exercise Science from the University of Central Florida and became a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine in 2011. Soon after, I moved to Chicago to kickstart my career, founding Peacock Fitness in 2014 as an independent contractor. After seven years, my wife and I opened Train At The Space in Bucktown, Chicago, in January 2021.

With over 15,000 training hours under my belt, I’ve worked with clients across a wide range of skill levels. Throughout my journey, I've earned multiple certifications from leading coaches and programs in the country. My passion for continuous learning allows me to assess each client’s abilities, instill confidence in their technique, and create personalized programs for success.

Hi, I’m Justice!

I started Train With Justice in 2018, a couple years into my personal training journey, and have absolutely loved building my own business and clientele. Opening Train At The Space with Connor in 2021 has been the cherry on top, affirming the right career move for myself and the right homebase for my clients. I feel so fortunate that I get to educate women, and help change the narrative around the importance of strength training. Witnessing my clients push past their comfort zones and achieve goals they didn’t think possible never gets old. It keeps me motivated, excited, and determined to stay on the cutting edge of research to ensure I never become stagnant as a coach. 

I think health and optimal fitness is so much more than just an hour-long workout, and offer to help clients dig deeper into their nutrition, mindset, sleep quality, and more.
